CEIST Annual Education Conference 2013

The Eighth Annual CEIST Education Conference was held in the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone, Co. Westmeath on last Thursday, 26th September, 2013 & Friday, 27th September, 2013.

The theme for this year's conference was “Year of Faith - Our Faith in Action".

There was a great atmosphere at the conference and our Principals, Deputy Principals and Chairpersons availed of the opportunity to network and share best practice with each other.


School Finance Sub-Committee Documents

The following documents should be presented at each Finance Sub-Committee Meeting
(Appendix V FSSU Guidelines)

  • Bank Balances on all School Bank Accounts and Reconciliation Statements for each of these accounts (TAS2 Users – Cash Book Summary: Program 433)
  • Summary Statement of Receipts & Payments since the last meeting
  • List all Creditors (TAS 342), plus accruals and prepayments for next period. Receipts due.
  • Balance Sheet and Summary Income & Expenditure Account Showing Actual-Budget-Difference (TAS 142)
  • Capital Income & Expenditure Account (Manual report re capital project e.g. E.W.S.)
