School Letterhead

The CEIST team were delighted to see the Presentation Secondary School, Miltown school letterhead, which included the CEIST logo.

We would be greatly encouraged if all of our schools could include our logo on their letterhead and we would be glad to assist in any way. 

Vatican Document

The following is a very interesting publication titled "Congregation for Catholic Education, Educating Today and Tomorrow, A Renewing Passion"

2015 marks the 50th and 25th anniversaries since the publication of two seminal ecclesiastical documents on Catholic Education.

It was against this backdrop that the Vatican published this document which aptly uses as a sub title 'Renewing Passion'.

CEIST Education Conference

The ninth annual CEIST Education Conference will be held this year in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone on the 25th & 26th September, 2014.

It is an excellent opportunity for our Principals, Deputy Principals and Chairpersons to share ideas and best practice.

We are presently making our preparations for the conference and further details will be added to our website in due course.

The Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairi Quinn TD recently visited St Joseph's Secondary School, Tulla, Co. Clare.

Congratulations to Killina Presentation Secondary School, Rahan, Co. Offaly on achieving the Green Flag status and well done to all involved.
