Applied Christian Spirituality Postgraduate Programme

All Hallows College is a college of Dublin City University and they run a number of third level BA and MA programmes, as well as a range of short courses, seminars, programmes and events throughout the year under their School of Adult & Community Education.

The MA in Applied Christian Spirituality, shortly entering its second year at All Hallows College, is now accepting applications for the 2011-12 academic year.

Application deadline is Friday 13th May 2011.

Postgradute Diploma in Spirituality and Leadership in Education

 

This one-year programme aims to provide participants with the knowledge, values and skills in Catholic educational leadership that will enable them to facilitate efficient and effective leadership and administrative practices.

The Programme is for Qualified teachers, Pastoral Care staff, Trustees and Administrators.

To facilitate teachers this course is held over approximately eight weekends in the academic year; Friday evenings and all day Saturday.

The module venues alternate between both Marino Institute of Education and Milltown Institute in Dublin.

MA in Theology

The School of Theology at Mater Dei Institute is delighted to announce details of a new MA programme in Theology.

This exciting new programme, building on MDI’s long-standing reputation for theological teaching and research, is open to students interested in research in the areas of systematic theology, theological ethics, philosophical theology, biblical theology and pastoral theology.

While the MA (Theology) is of particular interest to those aiming to progress to doctoral research, it is also suitable for teachers of Religious Education, chaplains, clergy and pastoral workers.

Persons wishing to pursue theological studies in the context of life-long learning are also encouraged to apply. The programme is available either part-time (2 years) or full-time (1 year).

Nostra

The NOSTRA programme enables the participant to achieve a College Certificate in Theology and Religious Studies.

This is a Modular and Credit-based programme. Participants will be required to achieve the 30 credits by participating in a selection of modules from a wide and varied menu.
