CEIST Holy Week Retreat Glendalough Wicklow 1st – 3rd April 2012

The third annual CEIST retreat took place at the Tearmann Spirituality Centre in Glendalough.

The retreat begun on the evening of Palm Sunday April 1st 2012.

Again we were blessed to have Fr. Michael Rogers and Sr. Breda Ahearne accompany us in an event that has been loved by everyone who took part over the past two years.

The retreat turned out to be a lovely mixture of reflection, walks in the valley, solitude, journaling, comradeship, a bit of music and the best of fun was had by all.

All participants were invited to reflect on their life and faith story in an environment rich in faith and story.

God knows how much each of us needs such a time-out in the times we are in. This retreat was an open invitation to all in the CEIST family, which included any member of staff, principals, chairpersons, board-members and retired teachers.

The retreat began at 6pm on Palm Sunday evening and ended at lunch time on Tuesday April 3rd.
