Commemorative Book Launch and Catherine McAuley Lecture

St. Leo’s College, Carlow are proud and pleased to announce the launch of our commemorative book reflecting on the enormous contribution made by the Mercy Congregation to Education.

The book entitled “The Proof of Love is Deed - Following in the Footsteps of Catherine McAuley” includes a number of personal reflections from a number of high profile contributors including:

The book also records the creation of the Commemorative Tapestry.

We are delighted that past pupil Olivia O’Leary has agreed to launch this publication which will take place on May 1st at 7.30p.m.

The launch will be followed by the fifth Catherine McAuley Lecture, delivered by Alison Miller, a member of the successful Six Nations Women’s Rugby Team.
