Celebration of Pres Day

A very insightful presentation about the influence of Nano Nagle in our school community took place in the Convent Chapel on Wednesday 29th November 2017. Our Ty group (4A) gave an excellent PowerPoint presentation regards Nano Nagle and the link to their own lives. This was combined with music by the TY students. Students from 1st year attended the event with Sisters from the Presentation Community.. A presentation was made to the Presentation Sisters by the Ty students. Sr.Anne accepted on behalf of the Sisters.A special thanks to Ms. O’Mahoney for organising and co-ordinating the afternoon.

Deutsche Woche (German Week)

Our German Department organised Deutsche Woche (German week) from Monday- Friday November 27th –December 1st 2017.
There was plenty of displays of students work on the noticeboards around the school, morning prayer was delivered through German, lovely samples of German food for the teaching staff every morning and German Table quiz for 1st year. Well done to all who organised the week.



Great to see our First years displaying their Book Reviews on the First Year Corridors.


Music Department

Well done to Ms.Alley & Ms.Williams & School Choir who were performing at Sam Mccauleys Poppyfields Shopping Centre Clonmel on Thursday 30th November 2018.


Art Department

Our Art department were busy at work in painting the windows in preparation for Christmas in Abbott Clonmel.

Business Department

Seven of our girls who received an A grade in Junior Certificate Honours Business Studies this year were recognised by the Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) and the Business Studies Teachers Association of Ireland (BSTAI) for their achievement. The ceremony celebrates and recognises excellence in Junior Certificate Business Studies. Congrats to and who attended the ceremony with Mr. Frank Scully (Business Teacher).


Hard luck to our cadette basketball team who were beaten 20-15 by Ardscoil Na Mara Tramore in a thrilling final at WIT Arena on Monday last.However,we have qualified for the All Ireland Playoffs in January 2018.We wish the team & Ms.O'Connor in the playoffs.



First year Spikeball Team qualify All-Ireland Semi- Final.

Congrats to our First Year & Second Year who participated in the All Ireland Playoffs in Portlaoise. Especially,well done to one of the First Year Group who qualified for the All Ireland Semi-Finals .Well done, girls & their coach Ms.Millea.
