CEIST Education Conference 2016

The Eleventh Annual Education Conference was held in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone, Co. Westmeath on Thursday, 29th & Friday, 30th September, 2016. The theme for the conference was “Living the Message of Mercy in Catholic Schools”.

The CEIST Team were greatly encouraged with the number of School Principals, Deputy Principals and Chairpersons of our Boards of Management who attended this year’s conference.

There was a great sense of community at the conference and our Principals, Deputy Principals and School Board of Management Chairpersons availed of the opportunity to network and share ideas with each other.

We received very positive feedback about our keynote speakers, Dr. Amalee Meehan, Mr. John O’Roarke, Fr. Thomás Surlis and indeed for all of our workshops.
