Congratulations, Anastasia!

Congratulations to Class of 2019 graduate Anastasia Koukouzeli, who achieved 6 H1s in her Leaving Certificate exams. Anastasia will be attending UCD to study Veterinary Medicine.

 

Mercy Day Mass

The theme of our Mercy Day Mass this year is “There’s a wideness in God’s mercy, like the wideness of the sea” and takes place this Tuesday 24th September in St Mary’s Church Navan at 2pm. All are welcome.

Open Night 2019

St Joseph’s Mercy Secondary School will host their Open Evening on Thursday 3 October, from 6.00 to 8.00pm. Girls from 5th and 6th Class and their parents/guardians are warmly invited to attend.  We look forward to seeing you, and welcoming your daughter to our school community!

 

TY and 5th Year Students attend Ploughing Championships

Our Transition Years and 5th Year Agricultural Science students had fantastic weather for their visit to the National Ploughing Championships in Ballintrane, Co. Carlow on Thursday 19th September.

 

Student Enterprise Programme

Well done to all TYs who began their journey on the Student Enterprise Programme today in the Trim Castle Hotel!

 

Numeracy posters

Our Numeracy posters for all subjects have arrived in our classrooms. Last year’s TY Maths classes designed the posters to show that #numeracy can be found in every subject. Well done to all involved!

 

Summer Colour

Our corridors received a pop of colour over the summer holidays! Many thanks to our Art Department for their input on colour choices.

 

LC Class of 2019

Last week, we presented students from the Class of 2019 with Leaving Certificate Awards in recognition of their excellent results. We are proud of our Class of 2019’s achievements and wish them every success in their chosen paths. Once a Mercy girl, always a Mercy girl.
